The Language Lab facilities may be used by LLP instructors as locations to administer OSD Accommodations.

Below you will find information on the Language Lab reservation process specifically for OSD Accommodations.

 

Students:

Procedure for students:
  1. Agree with your instructor on a schedule (time/day) for the accommodation at least one week prior to the event. All exams must begin no earlier than 9:00 am and end no later than 5:00 pm.
  2. Instructor will provide you with the location of the accommodation, date, and time. Make a note of the location as it may be different than your normal classroom.
  3. Day of requested accommodation: bring your Student ID and a copy (digital or print) of your AFA letter to the location.

 

Instructors:

  • To receive an exam accommodation, each student must have an issued Authorization for Accommodation (AFA) letter that has been issued by the Office for Students with Disabilities.
  • If you wish to use the Language Lab facilities and services for OSD Accommodations, then please submit this OSD Accommodation Request FORM at least three days prior to the event.
    • Before you complete the form, you and your student must determine an appropriate date and time for the exam.
    • Requested accommodations must conform to the Lab hours of operation:  Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
